Does my order come with tracking?
Depending on the items purchased, your order will be posted as a parcel or letter with Australia Post. We sometimes use Sendle for larger weight orders or international orders.
Orders under $25 are sometimes sent with Priority Letter postage (instead of Tracked Postage). All orders over $25 are sent with tracking.
Your tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.
If you have any specific postage requests (eg. arranging a local courier or urgent delivery) please send us an email and we will happily assist with finding a solution.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Within Australia: Please allow up to 8 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive - if standard postage has been selected and 4 business days if express postage has been selected.
New Zealand: Please allow up to 12 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
International: Please allow up to 15 business days from dispatch for your order to arrive.
These time frames can vary greatly during seasonal periods and depending on country and they do not include processing times.
What are the processing / handling times?
Processing / handling time is the time that it takes for us to process and pack your order.
The processing / handling time does not include the time it takes for Australia Post to get your order to you.
Typically orders take up to 3 business days to process. During busier periods, this will be extended and will be shown in the header of the website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate $7.99 for all domestic orders (Australia) with the option of $11.99 for express postage. FREE shipping for all orders over $99 within Australia.
International postage varies depending on location and can be found during the checkout process.
Heavier items such at bulk sticker paper orders have additional charges.
Can I change my postal address after placing my order?"
If you haven’t received a dispatch notification yet, we should be able to change your address. Just shoot us an email here.
If you send us an email ASAP, we will do our best to combine shipping and refund the overages.
Do you post internationally?
We currently post to all countries (excluding UK). If you are having any troubles checking out, please send us an email so that we can add your country to our shipping platform.
There is a problem with my order, what do I do?
Oh no! Shoot us an email, and include a picture where possible. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please aim to do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns. Make sure you read the full description in listings so you know exactly what it is that you are ordering. Double check your order before checkout to make sure you have selected the correct options from the dropdown (eg. size, colour, qty). If you have any questions about an item, send us a message and we will provide the additional information required.
Where do my items ship from?
Your order is dispatched from the Stash World workshop in sunny Brisbane, Australia. Our physical shop is located in Winn Lane, Fortitude Valley. Find more information here.
Do you offer local pick-up?
We sure do! If you happen to live in Brisbane, you can select "pick-up from store" at checkout. We are located at 5H Winn Lane, Fortitude Valley.
