When the Stash World team has finished picking and packing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 5 business day for processing your order.

Note: Untracked Priority Letter does not come with a tracking number but you will still receive an email letting you know when your parcel has been dispatched.

If you selected tracked postage at checkout and did not receive a tracking number in your dispatch email, please get in contact and we will resolve this for you.

If you have multiple orders that have not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to combine these for you - just leave a note in your order or get in touch via email or chat.

Processing time varies during sale periods and handmade releases. Please check the website banner for an exact time. Please note that some of our products are made-to-order and take a little bit longer to process than ready-to-ship items. 

There are currently significant shipping delays for international orders and minor delays for domestic. Please allow extra time for the postal services to get your order to you after we dispatch it. Refer to the Australia Post website for location specific delays.
