All orders are packed with love by our little team at Stash World in Brisbane, Australia!

We love giving packaging a second life, so your order might arrive in a recycled box or reused packing materials. If you're ordering a gift and would prefer a little extra love and pizzazz, just leave us a note at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand, and selected international destinations.

To check whether we ship to your country, enter your address at checkout. If your country isn't available, please get in touch and we'll see what we can do!

Processing times

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1-5 business days.

We're a small team, and many of our products are made in-house. During busy periods, product launches and sale events, processing times may be a little longer.

Please note that processing times do not include delivery times - we use Australia Post for all of our shipping.

Shipping options & rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

We offer several shipping options, including:

• Standard tracked shipping - Our regular parcel delivery service.

• Express shipping - For when you need your goodies a little sooner!

• Untracked letter shipping - An economical option for eligible flat items within Australia. Please note that tracking is not available for this service and that letter postage can sometimes take a little longer than parcel delivery. 

Free Australian shipping on orders over $120 AUD!

Spend over $120 AUD in a single order and receive free standard shipping within Australia.

Free shipping is not available for international orders or express delivery.

Tracking & delivery

Most Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post. We may occasionally use alternative couriers for larger or heavier parcels.

Once your tracked order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking details.

Untracked letter orders do not include tracking information.

You can check the Australia Post website for delivery estimates and information about service disruptions.

International orders & customs

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or other fees charged by their destination country.

These charges are not included in our shipping prices and may be collected by your local customs authority or delivery provider.

Delivery delays & issues

Once your parcel is in the hands of the delivery carrier, delivery times are outside our direct control.
