Shipping policy
All orders are shipped with care from our sticker studio in Brisbane, Australia. Recycled / reused packaging is often used, so please let us know in the notes if your order is a special gift and requires some extra love and pizzazz.
Our Shipping Policy:
- We ship to addresses within Australia, New Zealand, United States and selected international countries. Please use the address field at checkout to see if your country is eligible. If it is unavailable, send us an email or message to have it added.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-5 business days of purchase. Please note that we are only a small team with many items being made in-house. This processing period may increase during busy periods and sale events.
- Shipping options and rates will be displayed during the checkout process. We offer standard and express shipping options. We offer an untracked letter shipping option for flat items (Australia only) or the option to upgrade to our standard tracked parcel.
- FREE SHIPPING is available for orders over $99AUD, shipped within Australia. Local pick-up is also available from our Fortitude Valley location - simply select “Pick-Up” during the checkout process.
- We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be applied to international shipments.
- Once an order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Australia Post is used for all standard orders within Australia. Toll is sometimes used for larger parcels (such as sticker paper orders). If you would like a quote for a specific courier, please get in contact.
- Stash World are not responsible for any shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier. However, if you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
- If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order, please contact us as soon as possible. This can not be changed if the order has been marked as dispatched, however we can re-direct the parcel if it gets “returned to sender”.

Our Order Pick-Up Policy:
- Local pick-up is available from our Fortitude Valley store location - simply select “pick-up” in the checkout process. You can find more information on our location, parking and how to get to Stash World here.
- Your order will be ready to pick-up within 24 hours (excluding Sunday, Monday and Public Holidays). If urgent, please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
- Orders can be picked up during any of our regular trading hours. You can find our most up to date hours here. While the shop is closed on Tuesdays, there is often someone available in the workshop (709 Ann Street, access from Winn Lane) who can also grab your order for you. Additionally, if you require your order after-hours, we can arrange for it to be available for collection from any of our friendly neighbouring Winn Lane store friends.
- An email reminder will be sent if the order is not collected within 3 months. Another reminder will be sent after 6 months. If after 12 months the order is still not collected, it will be fully refunded and no longer available. Please let us know if your circumstances have changed and you would like to have the order shipped instead. We will happily arrange this for you at our standard shipping rate prices.
