USING OUR MATTE STICKER PAPER
A COUPLE OF TIPS AND TRICKS TO ENSURE YOU GET THE BEST STICKERS FROM YOUR STICKER PAPER.
STORING YOUR STICKER PAPER
Store your sticker paper in a cool, dry place when it's not in use. You may find that the paper curls during humid weather when left out. Make sure your paper is stored away from any direct sunlight to avoid discolouring.
PRINTING ON YOUR STICKER PAPER
Our matte sticker paper tends to perform best on a "semi-gloss" print setting. You can also increase your intensity and contrast by +10 to get brighter colours from your printer and paper. Print settings will differ depending on your printer model. Some printers may require you to install a different driver for you to have access to more advanced print settings.
CUTTING YOUR STICKER PAPER
Cut settings can differ greatly on different machines and different blades. We use a Silhouette 3 auto-blade at blade 5, force 6 for kiss cut and blade 7, force 30 for die cut. Finding the perfect cut setting is trial and error. This can also change between paper batches.
Our matte sticker paper is powdery when cut. The best way to remove this powder is to use a micro-fibre cloth or a large makeup brush. Simply wipe / brush down the sheet after cutting.
