Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is run by Stash World (19 659 655 811), located in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Australia.

2. Eligibility

• The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or older (or with parental consent if under 18).
• Employees of Stash World and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

• The competition begins on [start date] and ends on [end date].
• Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

5. Prize Details

• The prize consists of a $50 Stash World gift card that can be used in-store at 707 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley or online at stashworld.com.au. 
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The winner will be randomly selected on [draw date].
• The winner will be contacted via [email, phone, or social media] within [X] days of the draw.
• If the winner does not respond within [48 hours/7 days], a new winner may be selected.

7. Publicity & Privacy

• By entering, participants agree that Stash World may use their name and/or social media handle for promotional purposes.

8. Disqualification

• Stash World reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules, involves fraudulent activity, or is deemed inappropriate.

9. Changes & Cancellation

• Stash World reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

10. Liability

• Stash World is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries or for any technical issues affecting participation.
• Stash World is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation or use of the prize.
