Depending on the items purchased, your order will be posted as a parcel or letter with Australia Post. Letter postage has the option to add on tracking at an additional cost, while parcel postage automatically includes it. Your tracking details will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

Processing / handling time is the time that it takes for us to process and pack your order. Made-to-order items may have a longer processing time than others (so make sure you read the description of those products for their processing time). The processing / handling time does NOT include the time it takes for Australia Post to get your order to you.
If you haven’t received a dispatch notification yet, we should be able to change your address. Just shoot us an email here.
If you send us an email ASAP, we will do our best to combine shipping and refund the overages.
We are slowly resuming international postage to certain countries. Currently these countries are:
- Finland
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- The United States
24/07/2020 update
Due to the current global pandemic, we will only be sending international orders as tracked parcels. This is due to many letter and economy services being suspended. Please still allow up to 4 – 6 weeks for your order to arrive.
Oh no! Shoot us an email, and include a picture where possible. We will aim to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please aim to do this within 14 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately we do not accept change of mind returns. Make sure you read the full description in listings so you know exactly what it is that you are ordering. Double check your order before checkout to make sure you have selected the correct options from the dropdown (eg. size, colour, qty).
