We will try our best to combine orders – just leave a note in your order or send me an email.
We try our best to do custom orders when possible. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with what you are wanting (including the size and colours of the stickers). We will aim to get back to you ASAP with a draft. Please note that custom orders do have an additional cost of a $5 design fee, and then regular pricing per sheet. However, this fee may be waved if it’s a minor change to an existing sheet.
Processing time varies during sale periods and handmade releases. Please check the website banner for an exact time. Please note that some of our products are made-to-order and take a little bit longer to process than ready-to-ship items.
There are currently significant shipping delays for international orders and minor delays for domestic. Please allow extra time for the postal services to get your order to you after we dispatch it.
Unfortunately we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, however if you are unhappy with your items please let us know so we can help find a solution.
Our sticker sheets are kiss cut for easy peel off and application. It is not waterproof but it is relatively resistant and removable from most planner paper with care. Make sure you keep your sticker sheets out of direct sunlight so they can stay bright and colourful for as long as possible. You can purchase some of our sticker paper here to make your own stickers.
